  • In case of Private Limited Company, Memorandum of Association of the company, rental agreement of the office premises, if it is rented. Secondly, you need the address proof, Identity Proof ad PAN card of the Directors is required. For an address proof Electricity Bill is sufficient and for individual proof, we require Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/Aadhar Card will be suffice.
